Welcome to The Bicycle Lab

The Bicycle Lab, is a cycling pro shop set up to cater to all levels of cycling abilities, from the first time triathlete to the seasoned cyclist. We are dealers of Cannondale, Scott, Fuji, Parlee, Independent Fabrications & Guru. In addition, the staff is trained and certified with Retul (3D motion capture system) Fit Kit and F.I.S.T. to insure an optimum fit. The shop's head mechanic has 25+ years of bicycle industry experience.

Wednesday Evening Recovery Rides

Starting August 5th, Wednesday, we will start out from the bike shop and head out to A1A for group rides. This ride is structured for new riders who want to learn cycling with a group as well as for racers who want to get in a recovery ride between hard workouts. We will provide instruction on group riding for new riders. This will be a slow to medium effort ride for 1 to 1.5hrs.
